Hello:
I am back from my holiday and I am ready to do some morning stretches with my little love bug.
I hope you had a wonderful holiday. Stretching your muscles before and after a work out is always a great in order to loosen those tight spots, however stretching first thing in the morning is just as important!
When you stretch in the morning you are preparing your muscles for your everyday movement and increases your energy.
