The 2025 Volkswagen Taos has a bolder design with a new front and rear, new wheels and colours, an updated powertrain, new technology with a standard 8” touchscreen, updates to the interior with new materials and a redesigned dash.
Gone is the dual clutch transmission, the 1.5L turbocharged 4-cylinder is now paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission, it has 174 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. That’s an extra 16 horsepower compared to the outgoing model, the torque number stays the same. FWD and AWD models are available.
2025 Volkswagen Taos standard features include dual 8” screens, wired Apple Carplay and Android Auto, available wireless, heated front seats, manual front seats with a height adjustment, a heated steering wheel, 4-speaker audio system and IQ.DRIVE.
The 2025 Volkswagen Taos has an available power driver’s seat, ventilated front seats, a wireless charger, ambient lighting and a panoramic sunroof.
