Just bought the 2024 black edition. Happy so far.
I love that green π it's my favorite color, everything's looks good in green
The lag that they talk about in the beginning would be less dramatic if they would switch it to sport before gunning it. Sport mode keeps the turbo tune on the ready if you will
One main reason I got the 2023 Taos was because of the dual clutch transmission. The transmission had to break In but it shifts smooth and quick plus all wheel drive πππ I love the panoramic sunroof, physical buttons on the steering wheel, adaptive cruise control and I like the in dash radio cause I'm not a fan of the tablet screen look. VW literally gave me every feature I wanted and then some πππ and great review by the way!!!
Ill keep my 2024 SEL (Highline) 4Motion, I know What The 7 SPEED DSG Is doing, made some changes with " Carista " changed throttle to " direct " and steering to " Dynamic " and It made huge difference.
The colour reminds me of my friend's 1976 Scirocco in "Viper Green Metallic".
I have been watching your videos for over 18 months or so. Watched your 5 Best Compact SUVs for 2024 a couple of times and then test drove Kia Sportage Prestige model. My wife and I were very impressed and we ended up buying it earlier this year. Thanks for the honest review of the 5 SUVs. Enjoyed watching your test drive of Taos 2025 video. Our second car is Taos 2022 which is leased and will be going back to the dealer in six months. Can your please do a comparison video of Taos SE 2025 vs. Subaru Crosstek Sport 2025? That would be great. Thanks you.
I think they are a great looking car. So glad we are getting some fun colors again in a sea of grey, white, and black vehicles. I also like to the 2 tone interior. VW always has classic timeless design that ages well. Iβm glad they are providing a more affordable vehicle to the market. I do worry about reliability with all the plastic they use in their engines. Glad they have good horsepower for the segment. Would prefer physical climate controls.
I had the previous model and I think it's a nice car. Thank you for those reviews, You're wonderful together, By the way I'm watching your videos from Iraq π.
I want to believe the powertrain issues were fixed, but then again the Taos was on Consumer Reports least reliable vehicles list and infotainment still seems dated by 2025 standards. Even the cheap Nissan Kicks and Chevy Trax have big 11" screens standard.
I really miss rear windows of suvs working independently of the tail gate. Idk why the Bronco Sport is the only one where it pops open. I would trade in an auto open tailgate any day of the week for that option.
This vehicle is why we no longer get the Golf. It makes me sad as I've always liked them (it was also my first car).
Love the interior design, so classy.
Iβve noticed the same kind of hesitation in the 8 speed transmission in my Atlas. Once it gets going though, itβs adequate.
Sponsorship! Good for you guys!
Was waiting for this one! Thank you. Canβt wait to see you review the new Tiguan as well.
Why do manufacturers keep putting touch controls on cars when consumers don't like them.
Thanks for the review! Looked like you were driving around in the hills near Fredericksburg. π
honestly with how $$$ everything is going! it is refreshing to see this cost and the design language is really nice! that exterior is beautiful
