Our Generation Z story

Our Generation Z story started over 5 years ago when we identified the need to select employees who would become future leaders for Zain.  Each year, a carefully curated development plan is developed that will see our Zainers navigate through the corporate culture, experience progressive and emerging trends and technologies, proactively work on building a strong collaborative team bond and assume projects from concept to implementation.  We are proud to share their journey throughout the years and hope to see them lead Zain into the future.
