How to tenderize meat🤯

Ingredients👇:
Peel of 1 pineapple
500ml of water
1 teaspoon of baking soda

Preparation:
Remove the pineapple peels and clean them properly. Then beat the peels with 500ml of water, strain and add the baking soda. Mix well and let the steaks soak in this mixture for 10 minutes.
