First Day Back At The Gym In 5 years! Day 1 of 75 hard #fitness #fitnessmotivation #momlife

As of posting this today, we are 10 days into the challenge so doing good so far! I checked my weight a week after we started and gained a pound more than what I stated with but I’m eating less so it doesn’t make any sense. The scale isn’t my priority tho, I’m working on building muscle and that I feel like is harder than just eating less 🥲 but it’s alright!! After 6 months of working out at home and not really seeing much visible results, I’m excited to double down on the workouts and hopefully see some changes by the end of these 75 days! ❤️
