FUI DESAFIADO A FAZER UM JANTAR DE RESTAURANTE CHIQUE COM MENOS DE R$100

I made a restaurant dinner for less than 100🧡

Ingredients👇:
600g potatoes
170g parmesan cheese
150g mozzarella cheese
300g fresh cream
850g rump bonbons
250g sliced ​​bacon

Preparation:
Cover the bottom of a baking dish with a thin layer of coarse salt. Place the potatoes in it and bake in the oven at 200° for 1 hour.

While the potatoes are still hot, remove the skin, pass through a sieve to avoid lumps, place in a pan with 150g of fresh cream, the mozzarella, the parmesan and mix well over low heat until all the cheese has melted.

Cut the meat into medallions, wrap with two slices of bacon and secure with toothpicks. Grill in a hot frying pan with a little oil, season with salt and pepper and let grill on both sides until you like it. Remove the medallions from the pan and in the same pan add the rest of the fresh cream and a little grated parmesan. Mix well until you get a very creamy sauce.

Assemble the dish by placing the Aligot in the center, arrange the medallions on top and finish with the sauce.
