I made a French restaurant dinner for less than 100🧡

Ingredients👇:
800g ancho
500g fettuccine
40g butter
40g wheat flour
700ml milk
100g gruyere
100g parmesan
nutmeg to taste
salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation:
Melt the butter and flour over low heat until a toasted aroma like a biscuit rises.

Add the milk little by little, stirring with a whisk until it thickens.

Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper and mix well. Add the grated gruyere and parmesan cheese and stir until they melt.
Mix the cooked pasta and serve with the grilled ancho in butter, and the Entrecotte with Fettuccine au Mornay is ready.
