This video was fun to make because I love deserts, and now I have a healthy holiday dessert I can eat. Each brownie was under 150 calories, but the last one was only 68!! Like wow!!! I hope you give these healthy brownies a try!
Recipe: 3 Ingredient Brownies (makes 2)
2 1/2 tbsp mashed banana
1 tbsp hazelnut chocolate spread
Bake for 10 minutes till toothpick comes out clean
-top with peanut butter
5 Ingredient Brownies (makes 6)
2 tbsp mashed banana
1 Large egg
2 1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour (you can replace with almond or coconut)
1 tbsp hazelnut chocolate spread
1/2 tbsp peanut butter
Can top with frosting or more hazelnut spread and peanut butter
