1) Exchange the fats in your diet from refined oils to including more whole fats like olives, nuts, avocados and fish
2) Eat more fiber! We know there are many people now who choose to avoid plant foods in favor of a more “carnivore style” of eating, but the overwhelming evidence suggests that fibers are critical for mental health
3) Choose less processed, leaner protein sources.
