Best Christmas Tradition

What’s your favorite Christmas tradition? The Christmas tree sleepover is our favorite tradition because it puts together so many fun aspects of childhood. Christmas decorating, dancing to Christmas music, flashing lights and a sleepover!

Some people favor the angel on top of the tree, others the star. Some people collect special ornaments and some people like to hand make theirs.

Some people prefer fresh cut Christmas trees and others prefer fake. In Brazil fake trees are the only option. I love the smell of fresh cut Christmas trees but fake ones are also very convenient.

This year we bought a huge tree, new decorations and put it up early in December. It was a satisfying and memorable occasion. We had some awesome teamwork! And ended the night with cookies, hot chocolate and watched the Grinch. Perfect way to start the season.

We sold everything and moved our family of 7 from Nevada, USA to Brazil in September 2017.  We came to experience Brazilian culture, learn Portuguese and start a business. We opened a trampoline park called Big Jump USA in Salvador on June 30, 2018 and our second location in Barra da Tijuca, RJ on August 2, 2020.
