Mercedes W204 C Class Remove Replace Scrolling Knob Wheel COMAND Command Console Control

How I removed and re installed the COMAND Control in my W204 C Class. Please note this is an old video. You can now buy replacement shafts on eBay or Aliexpress which makes the job easier.

I have since replaced mine with a 3d printed item and it's working well. The alloy shafts will accelerate internal wear as you'll have metal bearing on plastic so buy a replacement plastic shaft if you can.
