The RICTOR S9, also known as the Alpha S9 or Range S9 is an electric scooter equipped with a 500w hub motor, a 36v 10.6ah battery, mechanical brakes + EABS, front suspension fork, dual rear shocks and turn signals. With all of these features, I can't believe this electric scooter is under $500.
