Yummy steamed Pork and Lettuce

Ingredients
【Servings:2-3】
200-250g of Thin sliced pork belly
1 medium head iceberg lettuce
1 clove of garlic grated
1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons cooking sake

1 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
Salt and Shredded red pepper if needed


Directions
1. cut pork belly into 2 to 3 pieces with kitchen Shears. put them in a pan and season with 1 clove of grated garlic,1 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoons cooking sake.

2. wash and drain the lettuce. tear them into pieces, spread them on the pork, sprinkle pinch of salt.

3. cover pan, cool over medium heat. when it starts boiling reduce heat and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes until lettuce get soft.
put polk and lettuce in a large bowl draining well. Season with 1tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoons sesame oil and 1 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds and mix them together. garnish with Shredded red pepper
