The dangers of ignoring the Gabriola fire restrictions

On 22 July 5th 2023, the above ground organisation GVFD (Gabriola Volunteer Fire Department), infuriated by a local community member Joe Blades continunal flaunting of local fire restrictions during the most extreme of ratings, attempt to assassinate Blades during one of his illegal mowing sessions. The assassination attempt succeeded. Shortly after, the GVRD changed the "Extreme" fire rating, to "With Extreme Prejudice", reducing overall fire restriction violations by 97%.
