Garlic Salmon
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each, ~1.5 lbs total)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley or lemon slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with foil or parchment.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil (or butter), minced garlic, and lemon juice.
Brush the garlic mixture over each salmon fillet and season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Garnish with parsley or lemon slices before serving.

Ingredients:
3–4 cups broccoli florets (1 medium head of broccoli)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1–2 tbsp olive oil or butter
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Steam or blanch the broccoli until bright green and tender-crisp (about 4–5 minutes).
In a pan, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add broccoli and toss well in the garlic oil. Season with salt and pepper
