Healthy High-protein Dessert Idea: Heathyl ”Tiramisu”🤩

Ingredients:
1/2 cup coffee (120 ml)
4 rice cakes
1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (240 ml)
2 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein powder
optional: 1 - 3 teaspoons maple syrup/honey
1 teaspoon unsweetened cacao powder

1. Mix the Greek yogurt with the protein powder
2. Dip the rice cakes in the coffee
3. Place a rice cake on to a plate. Add some of the yogurt mixture on top. Repeat the process until you have used all the dipped rice cakes
4. Sprinkle cacao powder on top
5. Serve with some strawberries, for example
