Drive & draw are two fundamental ways we communicate with our horses through our body language & suggestion. Over the training process we should aim to have the horse respond equally to these cues, so that it's just as easy to drive them away as it is the draw them in. Drive must be in place first (for safety reasons), but draw will be a key ingredient for anyone looking to do liberty work or for those who just like a horse who comes to meet them at the paddock gate.
