Police: Former priest charged with child abuse

Detectives believe there could be victims of child sexual abuse by a former priest who have yet to come forward, Baltimore County police said. County police said detectives started to investigate allegations of past sexual abuse by a former priest, identified as William "Father Bill" Mannion, 62.
