I was challenged to make a fancy restaurant dinner with shrimp for under 100💸 Ingredients👇: 200g of bacon 400g of shrimp 200g of grated parmesan 6 egg yolks Black pepper to taste 250g of spaghetti 200ml of shrimp broth Preparation: Melt the bacon, let it fry, reserve the fat and reserve the bacon.
In a bowl, combine the egg yolks, grated cheese, bacon fat, black pepper and mix well.
In the same frying pan, seal the shrimp with salt and pepper and set aside.
Cook the pasta with the shrimp broth. Remove a ladle of the cooking water and add the egg mixture, stirring well to prevent it from curdling until it becomes a cream.
