7:15 L4: Losing the rear coming out of the second chicane, having to defend against Marin

16:15 L11: Paolo makes a bit of a divebomb not leaving any space for me. I lose 3 positions.
17:22 L12: Tomo Meglic loses the rear and slows down Benjamin Lindsay, I can overtake both of them.
36:40 L27: First pitstop
38:25 L28: With a full tank I struggle under braking and hit the wall of champions, losing a position to Paolo again. Strangely enough the car is still drivable.
45:08 L34: I run too far on the kerbs in the first chicane and nearly lose the car.
47:28 L36: 1-stopper Richard Avery exits the pits just behind me, which creates a temporary buffer towards the cars behind.
52:55 L40: Consulting the pit wall, to inform me on Martti Pietilä's strategy.
54:08 L41: Team strategist Joeri waits for a straight to respond.
1:02:12 L47: Isaac Price crashed with Fulvio Barozzini in the final chicane. I gain 2 positions.
1:02:30 L48: Little slide out of T2
1:05:20 L50: Lapping the damaged car of Fulvio
1:07:10 L51: Second and final pitstop
1:10:22 L54: João Vaz slots in between me and Martti after his final stop
1:15:48 L58: Leader Martin Krönke comes to lap me.
1:16:45 L59: Hugo Luis overtakes me after I cut the first chicane.
1:17:23 L59: Going deep in the hairpin to let Greger Huttu by.
1:30:12 L69: Finished the race in 16th position, 1 lap down to the leaders.

We travel up north to Canada, where Circuit Gilles Villeneuve hosts round 8 of the iRacing WCS. The narrow street circuit doesn't offer many overtaking opportunities so qualifying will be important.
With the obvious T1/2 bottleneck at the start the opening lap usually shows a lot of side-by-side action as well.
