Welcome to the second Fitness Friday Challenge of 2022! This week the challenge is to dance to a song you love sometime this week. You can follow along with this video for a great cardio routine or simply dance it out freestyle!
If you want to participate in the chance to have your profile highlighted on my Instagram account at the end of the month, be sure to submit no later than Thursday, January 13th, 2022 by 11:59pm EST. Entries can be submitted by commenting the song you danced to on my Instagram post for this week's challenge or by tagging me (@chronicallyfitwithchiara) in your Instagram story saying you completed the challenge! The winner will be contacted via Instagram at the end of January (specific date TBA).
