Who are the people we look up to in the world today? Some people would say athletes, politicians, famous movie stars and Instagram influencers. I strongly believe that the best role models are the people in your own family. The people who have spent a lifetime dedicated to family, working hard, loving, learning and spreading their knowledge and joy to the younger generations. We made a special road trip to Washington state to visit Chris’s extended family but most importantly to visit my husbands Grandma, Juanita Wyatt Naef. It was very important for us that our children got to spend time and get to know a very strong women and their family. Grandma Wyatt is the best example of spending a lifetime in the service of her family. Loving her children, grandchildren and great great grandchildren. We loved hearing about her life and learning what was most important to her. She says, “The most wonderful thing in my whole life is my family“ and actions speak louder than words. She had eight children, baked them fresh bread daily, sewed their clothes and grew their food in her own garden. They grew up attending and serving in the church. She did so many amazing things in her life and her dedication is the reason why we are all here today. I’m grateful for women like this and I hope my girls will learn from her example. I made this special video to always remember her.

We sold everything and moved our family of 7 from Nevada, USA to Brazil in September 2017.  We came to experience Brazilian culture, learn Portuguese and start a business. We opened a trampoline park called Big Jump USA in Salvador on June 30, 2018 and our second location in Barra da Tijuca, RJ on August 2, 2020.
