5 cups water to boil Maggi
3 tablespoons oil
½ teaspoon chopped garlic
½ teaspoon chopped ginger
½ cup diced onions
½ cup diced capsicum
½ cup paneer cubes
1 green chilli
2 tablespoons chopped spring onions, finely chopped
1½ tablespoons white vinegar
1½ tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons chilli sauce
1 tablespoon green chilli sauce
½ teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon black pepper powder
salt to taste
½ teaspoon corn flour + 2 tablespoons water for corn flour slurry
