Hello Yarn Lovers,
This is a fun video where I will be presenting the Mood Board MAL 2024 – Spring edition.
Details:
We will be making our own Mood Boards to evoke emotions from the lyrics of a song and then making a yarn craft item to encapsulate that feeling.
it starts March 7, 2024 and will run to April 30, 2024.
Send in your Mood Boards and a photo of your make to my email account urbanyarn101@gmail.com between those dates – and in doing so you will be agreeing to have your photos and name put into a slide presentation, which will be put together for showing after the closing date April 30, 2024.
This is open to everyone as there will be no prizes given away at the end of the Make Along.
FAQs:
1. This will be a little different from the December Mood Board MAL we did last year – as we will be also making an item – so when you have done both you can email them in together.
2. Makes will need to be no less than 75 grams of yarn (Collective - if there are a few smaller parts)
3. The lyrics are from whatever song you like and what we do is choose images and colours that evoke the feelings of those lyrics and put them into a mood board.
4. Yes please, when sending in your Mood Boards and Project Photos - Add into the email the name of the Artist and the Song you've used.
