President Zelensky has arrived in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and is due to meet the Saudi crown prince, but will not attend Ukraine talks with US.

Kyiv is expected to propose a sea and air truce with Russia after Putin’s forces retook three settlements in Kursk over the weekend.
