Illinois Made | Lexington Betty Smokehouse

Lexington Betty Smokehouse pays homage to Chef Dominique's grandmother, Betty King. Chef Dominique has fond memories of grandma King filling the house with flavorful aromas of home-cooked meals. Chef Dominique took those aromas, applied technique and created Lexington Betty Smokehouse. Since 2016, Dominique and her wife Tanisha have been serving Chicago-style BBQ with soulful sides.
