I am the most recommended action to perform after breaking the fast. The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) encouraged believers to engage in acts of worship and gratitude once they have completed their fast. One of the most significant actions is offering Maghrib Salah, as it is an obligation that should not be delayed. Another important act is making du'a (supplication), as the prayers of a fasting person at iftar are highly accepted. Expressing gratitude to Allah for the strength to complete the fast and consuming food with moderation aligns with the teachings of Islam. Engaging in dhikr (remembrance of Allah) and preparing for the night prayers, including Taraweeh, adds to the spiritual benefits of fasting. By performing me, a person strengthens their connection with Allah and ensures that their fast is rewarded both physically and spiritually.
