Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon are bad at art

The newest driver line-up for Williams F1® Team, Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon didn't know what they were in for when they joined us on the Albert Park Fan Forum stage in 2025.

Carlos Sainz and Alex Albon teamed up with our Team of Tomorrow, two karting superstars in the making, to paint their version of the ultimate Formula 1® driver.

The kids had some ideas - extra eyes to see more... extra arms to do more.

And Alex Albon has his own ideas... extra "courage" because in the words of Alex Albon, to be an F1® driver you need a pair of "extra courage".... and Yes, Alex had to explain that one to the kids....

Since 1996, the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix™ has called Melbourne and the iconic Albert Park track home, with the event a feature on the city's annual calendar of major events.
