Today’s memo: Your words & actions have power. Never forget that.

When l was in the 4th grade, my teacher took us on a field trip to Jefferson, Texas and I was enamored. We foured historic homes and a little seed was planted in my 10-vear old heart and shaped my destiny.

Fast forward to when I was 39 and I purchased my first #oldhouse. And most recently I bought this 1905 Victorian that’s on the National Register of Historic Places. All because... my teacher planted a seed.
Isn’t that what our words and actions do?

That’s my challenge to you today. May your words inspire, uplift and make our world our better place and to make a difference in the lives of those around you.
