Refitting Risque I | A Coronado 25 Sailboat

Now that she's out of the water and "On The Hard" as they like to say, We establish our goals and our budget while refitting a 1969 Coronado 25 Sailboat in a realistic way. I want to be able to sail Risque more efficiently by myself and I want to be more comfortable below deck in hopes that my family will be more inclined to be on the water with me.
