Amazon Workers in the South Could Make History This Week

Workers in North Carolina are currently voting on whether they will become the first unionized Amazon warehouse in the South — and the second unionized warehouse in the U.S.

If they win, it would be a huge victory for North Carolina's labor movement, which has the second-lowest union density in the country thanks to its Jim Crow-era "right to work" law.
