How World 9's NEW Planar Sets CHANGE Builds! | 2.1 Relics Guide

Hey, this video discusses an update on Planars for some characters with the newest 2.1 Planar Ornament sets, the Izumo and Sigonia sets from World 9 of Simulated Universe. Dual DPS compositions like Ratio Topaz and Herta Himeko get some love, but of course units like Welt and Acheron do too! We also get some Pure Fiction upgrades which is always lovely.
