What’s the best fruits for mental health? All of them! But if we had to pick just one category, we’d say berries. Berries are packed with antioxidants and other phytonutrients. Different colored berries have different properties, which is why we want to eat a variety. The best possible thing we can eat is a vibrant fruit salad with as many different colors as we can find.

When possible we want to buy organic berries as these are very hard to wash.
