Crucifixus - Antonio Lotti - Tenebrae conducted by Nigel Short

Lotti's musical depiction of Christ's crucifixion layers the voice parts, one at a time, from the basses upwards, creating some spine-chilling suspensions. This film was made in Sainte-Chapelle, Paris, as part of the Paris Mezzo Festival.
