These 1931 apartments were in terrible condition. And from all the information we have been able to gather the last resident walked off the property in the 1980s and they have been abandoned since then.

This renovation project was not for the faint of heart! It took about 18 months to complete and there were over 100 subcontractors that helped bring this project to life.

Here’s what it took to restore the original exterior stucco. It turned out better than I could ever have imagined.❤️
