There are Multiple So Called International Brands Providing US LLC Formation Services in Market Who have developed lucrative websites and spending alot on Advertisement as well, But There are multiple things about them which you need to know before getting services from Them, I have tried to cover that in this Video
NO UNIQUE ADDRESS: They don't provide unique address (They use your local address or US Shared address) STE4000
HIGH TIME DURATIONS: They Take Multiple Weeks for LLC Formation in Standard Package and 2-3 months minimum for EIN
No bank account: (Although they claim they will provide)
No seller permit/ Resale Certificate
High Registered agent Fee: Free for 1st Year and from next year they will charge 120 or more per year (Sometimes they dont even buy Registered agent services)
No Dashboard access: They dont provide Dashboard or Portal Access to your Registered Agent and Address portal.
Charge your card automatically: They will be charging your Credit/Debit card on file from new year for annual reporting+ Registered Agent Renewal withour Your Consent.
You can't follow them up easily, Contacting Them is a pain in neck.
