Exercises Covered:
1. Deep Breathing with Arm Raises:
Sit or stand comfortably.
Slowly inhale while raising both arms overhead.
Exhale slowly while lowering your arms.
Great for costochondritis-related chest pain.
2. Doorway Stretch:
Elevate both arms to a 90-degree angle and place your palms and forearms on a doorframe.
Step one foot forward for support and lean forward, stretching your chest for 20 seconds.
Repeat 3-4 times.
3. Thoracic Rotations:
Sit on the floor and interlace your fingers behind your head.
Slowly rotate your upper body to the right, hold for a few seconds, then rotate to the left.
Repeat 10 times.
