Ski-In & Indulge | Luxurious Deer Valley Fare | SNOWCHEF Season #4 USA - Episode #9

Hey folks, meet Chef Rebekah from Rebekah’s Kitchen, a catering business in Park City – Deer Valley that offers Private Chef services.

Chef Rebekah shows her on snow prowess, as she skis into a Deer Valley private residence and meets Chef John in the kitchen of the beautiful house.

Chef Rebekah engages Chef John to assist her in the kitchen as she makes an American Continental Breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, waffles, eggs, bacon and fresh fruit.
Foodie JD lends a hand as the waiter and cleans up after breakfast as Chef Rebekah takes off for another ski on the slopes of Deer Valley.

The crew then head to Snow Park Lodge and into the Cast and Cut restaurant where they dive into a world of fresh flavors, from succulent shrimp, oysters, and mussels to expertly prepared seafood, focused dishes including paella, pasta, stews and more creative culinary expressions.

Chef John and Foodie JD enjoy the Green Fairy, that being a few sips of the highly alcoholic spirit, Absinthe and then finish off with one giant cake for dessert.

As dusk falls they are picked up by a luxurious SUV and taken on a scenic drive up to Fireside Dining in Empire Canyon Lodge, where Chef John gets into the kitchen with Chef Peter and Chef Aurora and assist in cooking up some of the dishes and finds out how the restaurant functions.

Its then back to the table to enjoy yet another luxurious dinner with the crew amongst all the roaring fires beaming from the Fireplaces.
The night is finished off with a sleigh ride across the snow with the bells jingling from the horses reins and tether.

After a most wonderful sleep, Chef John and Foodie JD say their farewells to Deer Valley and look forward to the next destination
