Malian MX5 Exhaust Install! | Budget Build Miata

Today we install the Infamous Malian Exhaust & Duce rear bumper to Olly's Budget MK1 Build

The Malian is one of the cheapest exhaust systems you can buy for the MX5 so fits perfectly in the budget category, many people hate it and we find out why, it definitely tested us due to its fitment characteristics....

You will need to remove part of the under bracing to make the system fit, however if you are not confident doing this yourself we highly recommend taking it to a professional and not following in our steps as it can get very sketchy....

TO REMOVE THE BAFFLE: We bought a caulking gun from B&Q (other hardware shops are available) and bend the hook on the end to fit inside the baffle, once we could fit it in we covered the whole thing in penetrant spray and pulled like we were two randy 18 year olds on a night out desperate to copulate.
