Here’s a summary I made for myself, but that might help others too🌺:
• Hair care 1:13
-  Scalp massage
with jojaba oil and a scalp stimulator/massager
leave jojaba oil in for approx. 2 hours, can leave overnight
- Trader Joes Tea Tree oil shampoo and conditioner

• Body Routine 4:55
- Dry brushing -> lymphatic drainage
- Coconut oil or beef tallow to shave smoothly (conditioner also works)🪒
- Organic charcoal soap, or other bar soaps🧼
- Moisturiser after shower: beef tallow (good for tattoos)

• Face routine ✨less is more✨6:50
- Cleanse with raw honey🍯
- Doble cleanse (oil cleanser or charcoal bar) if using makeup
- Toner: witch hazel or claryfing mist
- Moisturiser: Rosehip oil
- Some days: facial dry brush and/or face cupping
- Extra moisturiser: Beef Tallow (dry areas)
- Nourish eyebrows and eyelashes: put some castor oil on them (also put castor oil in the navel at night to prompte detoxification and helps with digestion)

• Sun protection 14:18
- 🍉🍅 eat watermelon and tomatoes(because of lycopene)
- non nano zinc oxide: organic tallow & zinc oxide cream

Remember to nourish the skin from within and eat food that’s good for you, a skin care routine won’t help when eating unhealthy fats and sugar💗

Thank you for another helpful and cozy video 🫧

I worked on my diet and mind, now its time for my skincare to get an update. Thank you🌸

@purseypurslane

Thanks for recommending affordable products even though they don't sponsor you, I totally trust your recommendations, especially anything with tallow -- I have problems with essential oils so hopefully the rosehip oil doesn't irritate? Also please do more of your food videos, what you eat daily, they never get boring and help give me ideas so I can stay on track!

@ioancirosia

Best skincare video I've seen lately! Learned a ton and can’t wait for more!

@haley77711

I started using coconut oil for my face, I have really bad dry skin and redness on my chin. I’ve been using it for about a week now and the redness is gone and my face feels so soft and has a really nice natural shine to it! That’s all that I use and I’m very surprised by what it has done to my skin. Just thought I’d give that out!!

@LaurenHolkeboer

I love this! I hope to incorporate some of this into my skincare routine. Also, can you do more herb hour videos? I loved your last one about lemon balm!
