Oh my gosh! I have not seen that movie, but the use of that song would have sent me! I just watched P&P recently and I always get all the feels hearing that song.
You n Mike actually make an awesome Mr Darcy n Lizzy❤❤❤
I'm so early!! You're literally the only person I ever watch for Vlogmas. so thank you for the contents!!
‘I need some pie.’ 😂 Yes! Love your vlogmas.
Everything you’re saying about the movie is what I heard as well.
When you read the history of the revolution and the tyranny/anarchy that followed, the rise of Napoleon can seem unfathomable. But yet it was so. The story of Napoleon, his domineering mother; the brothers/sisters he elevated to kingship and nobility; his attraction/ obsession for Josephine- and her story in prison/ as an emigrant/ in an abusive marriage/ as a courtesan becoming an empress - all this plays in as I watched the movie. Different take on it.
Liked your critique.
Wait a minute - I rarely ever remember soundtracks, so which Pride & Prejudice are you talking about? The 1995 miniseries that put Colin Firth on the map, or the 2005 film with Keira Knightley? For me, I enjoyed both, but my fave is the miniseries. I adore Colin Firth!
So funny. You had the exact thoughts about the movie that I did.
save your money on Saltburn... okay for tv, but $12.00 for access to movie theatre for the movie was tough...
Well, I didn't see the movie, but OMG oodness PUBLIX is my favorite!!!😂😂
I didn't pay attention to what movie you saw and then I was super confused during your rant😅. I guess it doesn't matter since it didn't seem good anyways! The food looked amazing though.
Hi, thank you for sharing your video. I'm glad to be here. Hoping to watch more videos from you, keep on sharing and always have a great day ! - greetings from our family Kapiso mo Vlog.
Napoleon was also quite young when he did his thing. They chose an actor that was too old for the part.
I wouldn't be able to watch French Napoleon speaking American English for those hours or that price. No way.
I LOVE Pride and Prejudice! How dare they use that song! That is Elizabeth's and Darcy's song. Classic!
Napoleon actually grew up on an island off the main continent, French speaking island, and when he went to military school he was teased for his different outside accent. So the American accent was supposed to stand out compared to the other actors.
I love your interpretation of the Dario Marianelli theme from P&P. Cheap shot indeed. :) Other people I know said it was gorgeous, but otherwise not great, so I'm resisting the urge.
