If only vacuum chambers were cheaper and smaller so they were easier to store…  I already have too many kitchen toys on my countertop! 😇 I use my vacuum sealer religiously, but it’s easily a quarter of the size of a chamber and does an amazing job, as long as there isn’t too much liquid in the bag.
