As much as I want to see a totally original new 2D zelda, I'd also like to see the oracle games given the same treatment as awakening. They're probably some of the most slept on Zelda games with plenty of neat unique ideas.

Im so glad they remade this game, i owned the original gameboy color copy of the game, but there was a gamebreaking glitch that locks you out of all progression. In one of the dungeons there was a specific room where a key is meant to drop, but if you are really unlucky you could kill all the enemies in the room (which is meant to spawn the key) and the jingle would play where the key is meant to spawn...but then it doesnt. You can leave and re-enter the room and dungeon and it will just keep repeating that jingle over and over, but the key wont spawn. Your save file is then completely fucked because there's no way to save it and you have to restart over from the beginning lol

Yeah man, absolutely. Make a commentated speedrun of the whole game. I always enjoy those, and I pick up the easy tricks to pull them off when I replay the games.

To be honest, I never knew there was a red tunic and a sword upgrade at all so this helps me with my current playthrough with Link's Awakening. Thank you linkus video that I didn't expect to find.

These randomizers are so fun to watch, especially the lack of swords xD Link’s Awakening is really fun 😊 I love the open world Zeldas but sometimes I miss the more linear gameplay of the “older” titles.

In the original (and DX) you hit the switch at 38:30 with the boomerang IIRC. (The boomerang was super broken in general in the original.)

I remember when I got the game I instantly checked the back (as everyone should). After you mentioned that they never brought it up in game, I'm glad I always check the back, as I loved using bomb arrows in boss fights.
