Pela is explicitly 15 years old when you first meet her, because in Lynx's companion mission, she mentions it being her 16th birthday. Yanqing is also mentioned to be a teenager (in Chinese is closer to either boy or young man indicating youth relative to adulthood rather than literal age, but that would still be considered a kid as a long-life species so literality of that translation isn't super relevant.) Yunli is mentioned to be the same age as Yanqing so she would also be a teen. Hook and Bailu are referred to as children multiple times in game. Clara is implied to be a younger teenager due to having no memory of the surface, but is never explicitly given an age. The Trailblazer is stated to be a minor on multiple occasions, including one where they are turning down a drink that might contain alcohol rather than just being played off as a joke. Huohuo is also mentioned to be an adult, bot because we know she is in her 50s while there are foxians in their 20s that are referred to as adults, and because several characters whoh mention things happening to her "when she was a child" in the past tense. The other two potential child characters are a lot more ambiguous. Lynx could be interpreted as a child the same age as Pela because of how close they are, but we know for certain that a lot of Pela's friends are well into adulthood because she played in a band with them when she was 5 (yes this is canon.) Misha is technically very old as he has been around since the founding of Penacony, but probably should count since he was made as a younger memory of the real Misha and never aged. But for both of them, we don't have anything canon about their age.

I'm pretty sure in the side quest: Farther Than The Snow Plains, Lynx mentions how 16 years ago Pela was born after her mother passed away, so Pela is a child.

You're right about the yunli thing. In the 2.1 event, there was a mention about Jing Yuan setting up Yunli with Yanqing which means she's a teenager
