I had encephalitis when I was a teenager back in the 1980’s. I’ve had tinnitus ever since, with a high pitched ringing sound that can throb with my heartbeat. It’s annoying sometimes, though I have mostly learned to block it out. People talk about hating cicadas because of their noise, but I rarely notice them. They don’t sound that much different from what I hear in my ears. lol

I believe mine is from bad ear infection that I had I’m sure my eardrum is somewhat damaged due to that. So when I bend over for anything I hear what u have described 🤷🏽♀️
