So when you said there's no secret & people keep asking how you film these videos, I think its because people don't realise that its because you come across relatable, likeable & genuine within your videos and you've mixed that into a cinematic vlog.

So That's what people want to emulate but don't know it
Its the likeability & story telling ability because you can have all the beautiful videos you want but if your not being authentic and having a good story line within your vlog then beautiful images wont mean anything. 
I think people get caught up in the camera gear and feeling like there footage sucks rather then story telling and just creating vlogs to get better each time.
