Recessions are part of the economic cycle, all you can do is make sure you're prepared and plan accordingly. I graduated into a recession (2009). My 1st job after college was aerial acrobat on cruise ships. Today I'm a VP at a global company, own 3 rental properties, invest in stocks and biz, built my own business, and have my net worth increase by $500k in the last 4 years.

He then traveled to Indianapolis, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Boston and New York and in every church he saw the same golden telephone . . .with the same '$10,000 per call' sign. The MAGA voter then visited Canada, and again, in the first church he entered, there was the same golden telephone, but this time the sign under it read '.40 cents per call'. The MAGA voter was surprised so he asked the priest about the sign. 'Father, I've traveled all over America and I've seen this same golden telephone in many churches. I'm told that it is a direct line to Heaven, but in the U.S. the price was $10,000 per call. Why is it so cheap here?' The priest smiled and answered, 'You're in Canada now, son . . .it's a local call.'
