@evanfinnian

Maybe some day you can renew your vows and get the wedding you deserve! Perhaps on your tenth anniversary?

Alyssa never showing her kids' faces proves she's a great mom.

@Latter-Day-Aint

Speaking of mispronouncing names, the patriarch who performed my patriarchal blessing called me "Jim" throughout the entire prayer, in spite of my first name being "Danny." Also, the transcript has the wrong name. So much for divine revelation!

@faerefolke

YOUR gown was gorgeous. I'm glad your husband is a keeper.

@rhyde0731

Conveyor belt is a perfect description. I was married along with 60 other brides on my wedding day in the SL temple. I recently told my husband I felt like I was getting ready for the prom after the ceremony was over back into my “reception” dress, there were so many girls in the brides room fighting for mirror space to fix our hair and make up after it was all ruined by that awful veil we all had to wear. I never want my daughters to experience that on their wedding day.

@wormwoodpearl1

The way your smile never reaches your eyes in Mormon era pics 😭

@ananas_anna

So glad that your relationship with your husband survived and was strengthened by leaving the church. You two seem so happy together. Here’s to another decade <3

@kellymcfalls1458

If my church told me that my grandmother wasn’t “worthy “to come to my wedding I’d find myself another church!!

@michellebwilson2610

Your real wedding dress is absolutely stunning. Totally perfect for you and the skirt is just ethereal. Excellent choice.

@laranovell6256

Your chosen wedding dress was beautiful!

@Dexy83

Sounds like you need a renewal ceremony for 10 years having everything that you always wanted!

@guinnevereschronicles2225

The fact that his mom and her grandma couldn’t see you guys getting married, couldn’t exchange vows or even say “i do” in that exceptionally beautiful yet modest even by modern standards wedding dress is just so upsetting to me. I dear say for your 10th wedding anniversary, have a proper wedding you so desire and deserve

@joyous-444

You should do a vow renewal for the 10th anniversary and do everything like you dreamed ❤

@Annabananagraziano

Your hair was GORGEOUS

@Oboendband

Your chosen wedding dress looks amazing on you

@hugogarza2703

I really admire and value the guts you have for being so unafraid to share all that you do!

@elysej91

You look so much happier now!! You should totally do a tenth anniversary vow renewal and have the wedding you both deserve!! ❤

@karenward267

You look beautiful in your non-Mormon wedding gown. I’m glad that you and your husband broke away from the Mormon religion and started a new married life and family on your own terms. 👏🏻👏🏻

@salenseadancer

10th anniversary vow renewal could be fun perhaps!

This Elvis song was my first wife and my favorite. It reminds me of when we first fell in love and holds a special place in my heart. After her passing I later married a Mormon lady,and have been amazed and saddened most every day learning about the LDS church, truth issues, odd interpretations of the Bible. I pray for Mormons every day. This video just crushes my heart. I cried. So very glad to know your love for each other is so strong and beautiful. Stay Strong, Love endures all things.
