I had the luck to travel in business class and use those lounges when I was in my 20s back in the day. I didn’t have to pay. I was a frequent flier with Etihad Airways and I had their gold card. Now I use economy 😂 since I lost that gold card after moving to a city without Etihad service. Plus it’s pretty hard to get into the top tier due to so many people traveling and the changes in the airline industry. I wish I was tech savvy during that time to record my travel moments and experience.
